Corporate Tesla hire is designed around a defined business trip: an executive visitor, a client schedule, a conference week, a temporary assignment or a project that requires reliable transport across Sydney. Rent A Tesla provides current-generation 2026 Model Y and Model 3 vehicles as equal, normally available choices. Pickup is available in Sydney and Auburn, with delivery options across Greater Sydney. The handover is arranged with the actual driver and includes the phone key, central screen, charging and driver-assistance limits.

Invoicing and booking details

The actual hire and invoicing details are agreed directly rather than assumed from a standard online account.
The driver still needs to satisfy licence, eligibility and agreement requirements. Insurance is included under the hire agreement, with excess, bond and conditions confirmed by phone. An organisation arranging the vehicle does not remove the driver’s responsibility for the car or road rules.
Prices are not published online and there is no checkout calendar. A call lets the parties align the dates, vehicle, driver, collection, delivery request and invoice information without relying on an incomplete form.
Model and technology for business travel
Model Y can suit visitors carrying more luggage, teams with passenger needs or a schedule that benefits from SUV-style rear access. Model 3 suits drivers who prefer a lower sedan. Both provide a quiet cabin, large central touchscreen, phone key, Tesla app access, in-car Trip Planner and the Supercharger network.
The car is presented charged. For a schedule beyond central Sydney, add the destinations in Trip Planner and allow charging time where required. Full Self-Driving (Supervised) may be available where equipped. The driver must stay alert and in control. The car is not autonomous, and meetings never justify rushed or distracted driving.
Collection and continuity
Sydney or Auburn pickup can be used when the driver can attend the agreed handover. Delivery options across Greater Sydney are considered by location, timing and vehicle movement. Airport arrivals need a separate terminal meeting plan; there is no Rent A Tesla desk inside T1.
